So I started on my SLEC RAF Crash Tender, was going well, when I was bought a 3D printer for my Birthday and after a few creations decided for my Grandson I would attempt a 3D printed boat, anyone who has a Creality printer will know the build test Benchy Tug model to check out the printer settings, on Thingiverse I found someone who had done a great build/print of a 3D RC model of Benchy, so I thought that would be a good model for a 5 year old to enjoy sailing, a bit of fun especially when I add Mickey Mouse to the mix in the cabin, so see attached photos and watch my progress, to print all the parts I reckon its taken 14 days and used 1kg i.e. a full reel of PLA filament πŸ˜‚ Now its filling, sanding and assembly... easier said than done

    Hi Rover,

    Great work on both projects.

Maybe you could do a separate log on 'Benchy'
It would be interesting to see the RC installation.

Benchy is very similar to a project that i had in mind for quite a while.
