This Sea King was bought me as an anniversary prezzy over 40 years ago and was run up to about 11 years ago when it was stored away in the cellar. Unfortunately we had a flood and as the boat was wrapped in a binbag it could not float out and all systems were wrecked. I now intend to re-fit. As you can see she needs new rails and external fittings.

Unfortunately the stanchions suffered when the boat was "drowned" in Waste water in the flood and several have broken so will have to replace.

Will make into a nice restored model. Seems to have the same motors as my 34" Perkassa.

Actually I just beat cancer I have been fighting for the last year and a half. So I have not built then at all. I am looking forward to getting back to the yard though. I do miss it.

I have replaced the original nylon props with two brass of slightly larger dia and pitch. Using both sticks on throttle it should be very manouverable

The speed 600s should be great. I have the original Como 480s and it went well. Was much improved when I made sure the props were contra-rotating. I know, Rookie mistake but then I am still a Rookie.
