Guernsey is apparently still alive and kicking with the Bangladesh navy as BNS Sangu. Seen in pic during exercises with the USN in the Bay of Bengal 2011. Happy building😊 What scale is she? Cheers, Doug 😎

The original is a nice looking ship, certainly showing the influence of deep sea trawlers. Should make a very nice model. Will watch your progress with interest. Very best of luck with her.

Just looked up a picture of your build and it looks like quite a complex build, so Ill be following with interest.
I'm please to see that I'm not the only one who has the resister chart permanently pinned to the wall for reference. The instructions look very well detailed as well, good luck with your build. ▲

📝 Build restarted after doing modification work on a Corvette model I acquired

Did some work on Corvette, upgraded to 2.4ghz, fitted working nav lights, fitted new servo and battery pack. Restarted work on GUERNSEY, fitted prop shaft and rudder mount, made up motor mounting.

Buildiwork now finished, ballasting to be finalised in bath tub. Tried to upload short video taken on Canon camera but website said wrong file type. Any suggestions as to why that would be?

That's a lovely build Dave, have bought quite a few of Deans kits, and never noticed this one, got to go on the list now.
