I have finally after much delay completed the Krick trawler. It was my first build and got me through the covid and more. It took about a year but the name Miracle is correct because it was. There is no sense rushing if you are not in the mood just pass. I found building this model by Krick very rewarding. I did make several mistakes along the way but they have all been corrected. I tested the boat today and the good news it did not sink. All the controls work well and the boat handles perfectly. The website was great if I ran into any problems. I found the instructions having now completed the model are really just a guide you have to be looking ahead to forsee any potential problems. I am not sure what I want to build next but I also want to get my golf game back on track.

Looks good for a first attempt, hope you do get on and build another boat quite soon. The golf course will still be there when vou have finished and. think about it, you don't have to build boats every day, likewise playing golf.

The website was so very helpful in getting the model put together. Without the help from Martin555 and Ed figtree7nts the launch yesterday would not have happened. Several days we did webcam so they could help me drill the proper holes for the crtical elements like the shaft. They stopped me from making mistakes that would have put the model in the trash rather than in the pool. It is clear if you are new at the game you need all the help you can get. Thanks to them both for their help and support along the way.
