    Hi Dave, Thanks for your reply… re-decking size. Thought you might nail this one.
    In my younger days I was in the merchant navy. Deep sea with Blue Funnel, coasters with Coast Lines and the UBC Baltic paper boats where I worked as crew and travelled as a passenger on the Hertigruten coasters around the Norwegian coast.
    I can recollect the teak planking width to be about 4 inches (100mm) or there a bouts.
    I’m building the Revell1/72 corvette so I thought 1.5mm planks would pass the test.
    Guess you know the Corvette was a modified steam whaler as seen in my profile avatar.
    Did you plank your decks? Any help appreciated.🀞
