So the age of the transmitter obviously means it’s not ideal considering what’s out there now days.
So it’s now £5 plus postage if anyone fancies it 😊

Hi Roy,

Just to back up Doug’s post I can confirm it’s actually as he describes and shown in the photo.

Your guess is correct Roy👍
Ch 53 is the European designation for 40.695Mhz.
UK channel designation is 695.
I note that the TX/RX set was supplied for the European market - France in this case, hence the Ch53 flag.
Having moved from UK to Munich 30+ years ago, and occasionally taken a boat and RC set on a visit to my folks in Eastbourne, I have been round this loop a few times🙄
Cheers, Doug😎
Young at heart 😉 Slightly older in other places.😊 Cheers Doug

Hi is this 40Mhtz AM? Just guessing from what I can see of the rx. crystal.

The collectors like the previous generation better, but good luck!

Having gone digital and clearing out my shed I came across my original transmitter which has not been used in anger outside.

I know some of you love the original transmitters so thought it worth putting it up for sale.

I also have two short videos I can email showing both channels working.

Looking for £20 plus p&p and any prospective buyer will be informed of postage cost before payment
