LOL, that makes two of us. You might try the shop you bought the radio from, if you did. Otherwise, try one of the major hobby shops. You may be able to send it to them to have the update done. ( I sent my radio across the US to California because I was so befuddled).
If you have even basic computer skills, try looking on YouTube. There are many, many videos that guide folks like us thru the tortured path of updating programming. Do a search for your brand and model.

I certainly can't, wrong neighborhood, but it might help your request I you were to tell us the brand and model of your radio. Many of the new radios can be updated at home, unless you are an antique, like me, still using an abacus.😀
