After a bit of detective work on my part, I see that a post claiming to be from me was posted stating that due to illness I am selling my fleet. This is NOT the case and if I do intend to sell in the future I shall be adding a phone number to my ads. I have emailed this Steve person and explained the situation to him and apologised for any disappointment on his part
Hi, I was replying to the advert in items being sold, i received the reply back from Bilzin explaining he hadn't posted anything and was unsure where it had come from. Confusion cleared up very swiftly so unsure why this has become a new post requesting information as to who i was and if anyone else had received emails from me? Kind regards
Bilzin, The only way a message from yourself could be posted is if someone other than you has access to your account, I would suggest a swift change of password is required to something radically different from your original password so it cannot be guessed by someone knowing your previous password.
This type of "spam" is not unknown, in that you can be hacked and end up sending out Spam to all your contacts. It has happened to me before and to some friends. As advised, check your security and change your password.
