Its not a criticism, well yes it is could folk please turn their CAPS LOCK off I have had to stop reading the posts in capitals as it really annoys me as I feel them very shoutey and loud, maybe its just me being pedantic. Sorry for moaning.

I find it hard work to read, at work some engineers do it when they write reports, and it makes, reading and understanding hard work.
