I am interested in getting in touch with anyone who has built a sailing model of "Empress of Britain" or "Empress of England" to Vic Smeed's plan. I'd like to know if they built to scale draft, and if the model was stable and sat at waterline depth.

i don't know if you are aware that the "Empress of Britain" was later renamed as "Ocean Monarch" under Shaw Saville line from 1970 and was finally scrapped in 1975 in Taiwan. Good pictures can be found under the "Monarch" name showing the rebuilt stern area.
