    Love the video!
You are fortunate to have a great facility to run boats on.
There are a lot of wonderful boats in your group.

Jimwilder Tug diesel sound generator
I wanted to find a cheep Diesel sound generator looked around and found one It's not very load but sounds pretty good for around $ 16.00 Canadian. P/S it's been a few months since I worked on the tug and man is it dusty. Next chore cleaning off all the dust.

Sounds very authentic. Does it increase in sound as you open the throttle? That would be cool if it did. I need one for a v8 for my model of Thunderbolt. Do you know if one is offered? Cheers Ian.

Robbe W3 Police Boat video (video)
I bought this boat in reasonable condition five years ago from an estate sale. The original geared 540 brushed motors were rusted beyond repair, so I replaced them with a pair of 2830 1000kv brushless motors, running off a pair of 6 cell NiMH packs.
I use a transmitter mix to allow the model to rotate on the spot and perform scale-like docking manoeuvres.

Ice Breaking in Oxford
Video of an Oxford Model Boat Club member's tug breaking ice on the club's water last winter. I expect there to be some ice there this afternoon as well.

"Tank Landing Craft" built with twin water jet drive. Sounds great on the water.

I have often thought that I should research tank landing craft designs to see if I can combine my interest with 1/16 scale r/c model tanks

Yard Sale Find
I have way to much time to waste raking up the leaves & bagging them but I am still working on some of the models I got & this time it's the Bluenose kit that had all the masts broken off . I started it while our model boat club was at the Caledonia wood show . I try my best to get people to be interested in model boat building while I'm repair the model. The sails are up & now for the rat lines & a little painting & a few touch up here & there!

You rarely see one as an RC mostly static with full sails. When we were in Lunenberg the Bluenose was not sailing with all of them up. Just the three seen on your model.

Ronald, that's because the current master is no where neart the calibre of Angus Walter and the other captains of the Grand Banks fleet. Angus greatest love was hoisting full canvas and seeing how she'd do.

Yard Sale Find
In every yard sale find you come across a box that at first you think its just a bunch of junk .But I came upon a half kit with lots of parts missing The Swift 1805 . The model boat club I'm in did a show at the wood show in Caledonia so I bought a sheet of plywood just for this Swift's keel & frames . I also found a Bluenose model that had masts broken in Needed of some major repairs.

Fun boat to build. I still have lots of leftover wood n parts. It comes out well for a display ship. Good find
