This is the Robbe kit which I acquired part built. Took some figuring out to rig the sails and I needed to rework the lead that fits in the keel. Sails nicely in a light breeze and looks great on the water.

Hi BOATSHED, yes I am fortunate to have accumulated lots of tools over the years and I agree the more space you get the more you need. I forgot to mention the several hulls stored in the attic and like you I suspect I will never manage to finish or even start some of them. I also have a ruck of RC planes up there. Be happy and build models.

You are very lucky I wish I had a workshop to go with my boat shed. That's brick built 12' x 9'. It's full to bursting with several built models that require finishing along with several in boxes never started. I could do with a lathe and a few other tools. I envy all your storage. If only.

    Hi Mike
Yes it's a beast, but looks majestic on the water. πŸ‘Pics of our lake to give you an idea of the size needed.
Fortunately I have a 8' x 10' workshop and 12' x 10' boat shed. This is for my models in build and frequent sailers. The prefab garage holds saws, lathes, garden equipment etc.πŸ‘
I have a 20' x 10' container at a local storage site and keep the overflow and spare household items there.
