Ah, the "Skeleton Crew" Bill E. Bones! This Springer obviously has a comical theme. Unfortunately it is kind of top heavy and wind is its enemy. I will probably make an alternate structure for it. Bad planning!

I know and will find out when I sail it. lso have the original superstructure that came with the kit. This is 1/18 scale and if there is a problem all I do is swap it out. The Kentucky superstructure also came with another lid to cover the hole in the deck so interchanging them is no problem just a balas issue.

Working on my first Zip-Kit, using the Kentucky (1/24 scale)superstructure wit a lot of modifications. This is a fun kit😊

It has been a few years so I don't remember where I got them. Probably eBay or Amazon. They are poseable and a lot of people use them for stop motion photography videos. You might try to search on that.

I had considered ordering or fabricating something like the Zippkit "Kentucky" wheelhouse, but was concerned about it becoming top heavy. Thanks for the heads up!
