I have taken taken all the advice on board and started stripping off the paint to see whats going on seems a lot of filler has been used on this side to sort out a mistake when it was made.
The other side flows well in its shape funny enough I saw another one of the same sort and that had the same crease is it a design fault on the nearside forward

The dent is aft of the bulkhead, that part of the hull is made from vertical strips of bendy ply. The bow is mainly shaped balsa.

The image from the build instructions shows the hull panels (15 & 16) in place and the bow structure with shaped balsa.

18 and 19 are actually strips about 1” wide that should form the hull shape. It looks like these strips are damaged on your hull, the bulkhead has taken a hit and the panel behind it has deformed.

The pic of my build show the bow before I added the balsa and you can see the strips in place

I still have all the Precedent drawings for the Perkasa. When I get into workshop I’ll take some pics so you can see how it is constructed as this may help repair. If you look at my Perkasa blog you should see were the bulkhead and balsa blocks are.
