Good News Stephen - I am pleased to hear that your Sea Queen went well 👍
I ran my Sea Commander (copy) on the same day and it ran well too, so now I have got that one fully sorted, I can turn my attention to its bigger sister.
My Sea Queen needs some attention but hopefully I will get to look at it in time to run it next season (only a few weeks away!).
The last day of November and today at the local lake we showed of the boat ran for 35mins on its motor water conditions was tad choppy but no Leaks, so well pleased with its performance
Following on from my first foray onto the lake and its poor start, we have resorted the prop with a flexible coupling that I hope solves the issue still sounds a bit rattly but will see at the lake
I have the Sea Commander that I rebuilt after my daughter found it at a tip shop. They are an impressive boat and quick on the plane. All the best with your build, you will enjoy it.

Bob.
Do you have any video of it on the water by any chance?
Bob.

Next step would be to convert to brushless but am happy with her as she is.
