It is a kit of a river tug of Czech production, which rode here on the river Elbe. Laminate hull, superstructure partially molded from ABS plastic. I fitted the engine with a MIG 600, lead-acid battery 6V, 10 A. Standard rudder servo. The rest of the accessories are resin castings and 3D printing. Tugs drove in 1970 and some still run in Hamburg. This is a fairly successful kit from Mr. Hýbek. The model is not finished yet, it is winter weather and I need to paint some parts before gluing. Unfortunately, I have to wait for spring😎😁

Inkoust, please do a build blog for us to follow as I am interested in tugs and this looks like it will be a very capable boat.
    Cheers Colin.

Good evening Inkoust, thats a rugged looking tug, what scale is it, or how big is the model.
I especially like the skippers chair and deck winch.
Keep on modelling shipmate you are doing a great job.
    Cheers Colin.

Interesting to see a kit from the Czech Republic, it looks quite good quality too. Nice shapely river tug, reminds me of a boat trip I did in Prague on the River Vltava in the seventies. Went on board, Heard speaking English, whereupon the skipper and engineer plied us with refreshment as a prologue to the words frequently heard in Eastern Europe in those days, "You change money".

    Cheers, Nerys
