Some pics of my favorite build. Made on a barebones fiberglass hull. Runs with a NIHM 10.8 battery, a 540 brushed motor and a 30A controller. Pictures taken by the Olympia Park pond in Munich, Germany.

LOL -Viva Las Viagra! BTW, you can add some Viagra by going Lipo. Still the way it is, I'm pretty happy with the boat's performance. Carrying an extra battery pack always help as well.

By the way, you may get some Viagra (10.8v Nihm battery) on Ebay. You will find them with either AA-type cells and C-type cells. I do prefer the C-type cells. Expect to pay around $45-50 USD. I bought some from a German store named "www.Conrad.de", but it seems they no longer offer them.

Hi AllenA
HobbyKing have a battery sale on at present and some are in the UK so no import taxes if you are careful

Legal Limit - Posted: 24 days ago by Krampus
A couple of pics of one of my earliest builds. In the small side (about 19 inches long) and straight out of my imagination as I mess it up while trying to design a different boat. One of these fortunate accidents.😉

Original design "Express Cruiser" type boat. Old home-made fiberglass hull built in UK in the 1970s and rescued from previous owner's garage. Model built during April-July 2015. Approx. 1/24 scale. In trying to emulate a Bertram Bahia Mar boat, I ended up with an originally fictitious design. Real life boat could be a 32-footer (9.75m) yacht. 3mm 9v LED navigation lights system. Runs on Mtroniks G2 3A Hyper BEC 6-12V 15A Constant controller, Biao123 A2122 brushless motor, and a NiMH 10.8v battery.

Model kit made on or about 1969 by defunct German firm Robbe based upon Chris Craft Roamer motor yachts of the era. Hull appears to be inspired on 1950s Chris Craft Constellation series. Model tried to emulate a 46 feet version. I got this one half-built and adapted as a gift for my child inspired in the "My Little Pony" characters. Approx. 1/20 scale. Authentic Chris Craft Roamer 46 measured 46 x 15 feet. It runs with a 4-bladed 40mm metal propeller, 320A 7.2V-16V ESC 30A constant, a NiMH 9.6v battery, and a Mabuchi 540 Motor.

Mi Nuh Biznizz - Posted: 2 months ago by Krampus
First sea trial of "Mi Nuh Biznizz" (meaning "I don't care" in Jamaican slang). All plastic built using an altered Krick Lisa-M hull. Work in progress. Pretty wet run. Needs some spray rails, that's for sure 🤔

Oh yeah, the name part. Happens that when very young, my child called a swimsuit a "Bademenuss" instead of "Badeanzug". So there goes the name. My favorite one was for helicopters. She called them "hauchies".
Response by RNinMunich on the 23rd Jun 2017
Hi Krampus, there's another name needing some explaining! And yes I do know where it comes from having lived here for 30 years! Santa Claus' / St Nicholas' gruesome companion who scares all the kids who've been bad 😭 Interesting choice 😉
Bademenuss / Hauchies; now I understand 😊 Kids are super inventive improvisers. My daughter couldn't get her tongue round elephant so it came out 'Lumplump'. 😊 Cheers Doug 😎
