Alan
you are right they are from another thread this was just a quick option I will try & get the trawler out later it is up in the garage loft & take some pictures for you, as I remember the motor was amidships to allow room for a 12v battery the servo horn is straight to the kort nozzle rudder arm
pleased to help if I can
Bob 👍

Northlight - Posted: 4 years ago by Sandy
This Is the culprit that Introduced me to RC model boats.Caldercraft Clyde Puffer The Northlight. As a nipper I loved the tv series Para Handy In the 50's, so I reckon the nostalgia syndrome has kicked In here 😑 . I came across the Puffer for sale on e-bay....the rest Is history.I'm not sure when It was constructed, the builder resided In the north of Scotland,it Is run from a 6v lead acid. battery ( which doubles as useful ballast), a futaba servo and transmitter, three bladed screw and a 6-12v smoke machine on a separate lipo battery (more ballast). Biggar pond, (in South Lanarkshire) Is the port of call on a sunny and warm April day last year.I look forward to learning more through the forum and from the all you experienced worthies. 👍
