    next steps I made a large yard (90cm) before. Its base is a pine
    beam 10x10mm
    reinforced at the bottom end with spruce beams 5x5 mm, grinded all the way to the conus,the yard is then fitted with 2x3 mm spruce strips at the lower end to prevent abrasion. I turned a short mast of beechwood. I already have a sail (Ripstop nylon) Next I glued the front and back keel, and finally the deck (3 mm poplar plywood)
