    Come Meet the Team
Look forward to meeting you. Once we are settled in the new
    clubhouse
I will let everyone know. The good thing about our new location is that we will have access 24/7 (once we sort out the keys).

    Lindow common.
Liverpool was well off for pools dotted about in odd places Known mainly to anglers.Plus a mere now drained in the Everton area. But mainly the parks ,Nearly all of them have a model boating pool or a part of the main lake accessible for model boats however due to vandalism at Walton Hall park the
    clubhouse
there had to close. As a result most sailors use Newsham Park pond which the council look after. Or did. I've not been there for years as I now live in N.Wales so don't know how it is now.IIRC there was never a weed problem at any of them either

    New Lake at Colwyn?
Today we started the ground work for our move to Llyn Eirias. The first two of 8 purpose built benches were concreted in place with the rest following as soon as possible. in the background is our centrally heated
    clubhouse
, complete with full kitchen facilities and toilets. As you would hope, it is all disabled friendly. We are also working hard to fit out the lakeside boathouse with storage racks and a workshop. It is a huge improvement on the facilities we had at the old lake with it's open sided shelter and a small toilet once used by the gardener.

    New Lake at Colwyn?
Access is good, club members can park at the lakeside , others must use the public car park about 75 metres away. The lake is open to everyone 7 days a week. Unless you have access to the
    clubhouse
, you will need a second boat to rescue your model if it breaks down. Members have use of the
    clubhouse
which has toilets and a kitchen, public use the leisure centre about 200 metres away. We meet every Sunday morning in winter
