    To up/down the S/l would need a cage or frame carried on the base of the pivoting lamp. On this would need to be arranged a very small motor with a spiral gear driving as large a cogwheel as possible and a connecting rod attached to it nr centre and the lamp.LOW voltage big cog small spiral or
