    HMS RODNEY 1/96th Build
The magic is supplied by Peter Ward (my co-conspirator) in the form of the detailing of the hull/supersrtucture - Shapeways 3D prints are a major feature along with John R Haynes brass work. The 3 turrets will rotate and be able to auto track a target. The 9 guns will be controlled individually or in groups and will elevate, smoke, flash. An awesome sound system that will be synchronised both water and shore based. Everything controlled by a bespoke application on an internet enabled browser device (phone or
    tablet
) So a fun project Video is an early mock up of turret functions _._

This medication must be something special. Your ideas are amasing. Did you have these ideas before the
    tablet
s or is this a new phase for you. Looking forward to the next entry. By the way, are you still getting new ideas for the future?

    Re: Fenders and hanging blocks
Like the fender idea, I have used the widgets out of beer cans for marker boys with a cocktail stick for the ID flag on top. (end of pot lines). I will have to try and get a photo to add as the app on my new
    tablet
won't let me post a photo. Cheers Colin.

    Invalid Files
Understood Red. Just wondered cos several members have often reported problems uploading pics from phones and
    tablet
    s. I do have a Samsung mobile (and a vintage Nokia with fold out keyboard๐Ÿ˜‰). BUT; I use them for phoning and SMS only, very occasionally the camera if I don't have my Pentax or Sony with me. I dumped or deactivated all Apps that I never use and don't want. Cheers, Doug ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    New forum rankings.
Before I went on our nightmare of a holiday to Cyprus some 3 weeks ago today, I was an Admiral on the rankings, which I had worked hard to attain with helpful posts. I have come to look at the new forum format (which only partly works on my iPad, partly works on my Samsung
    tablet
, and looking as though it actually works on my Samsung S9+), and I have been demoted to chief petty officer 1st class. I wondered why the demotion and how much I have to work to re-attain my previous rank ? Anyone else been demoted, or is it just me ? Best wishes, Dave W ๐Ÿค”

    New Website Sneak Peak
Hi Stephen. Congratulations on the successful transition to the 'new look' website. After a quick stooge around the site my first impressions a very good. I'm viewing on my
    tablet
at the moment and everything seems to work ok on that, and I'll try it out on my mobile and desktop computer soon. I have a build blog update to add later today so it will be good to see if that has changed much. Well done ( can't find the thumbs up emoticon??). Rob.
