I dive past this area every day and there are 2 bodies of water either side of the road with a footbridge over them. The water is not very big (certainly a tiny fraction of the size of Coate water). if you use the map and go to satellite view you can see the water. My only concern is there is little or no parking in that area so might be a bit of a walk?

My Name is Nick and I live in Witney, about 12 miles west of Oxford. I worked for a while in Bristol as an Aeronautical Engineering Lecturer at Bristol College but I now work as a civil servant teaching the Army Helicopter engineering.

I guess then that something like some 3500 mAh NiMh 7.2 batteries and a 20 or 25 amp ESC should do the trick? I may have something like that spare as I am going to convert my Robbe Magin 1 speed boat to brushless. That currently uses 2 7.2 3500 Batts in series so the ESC should be able to handle it, although it is water cooled so may have to re-thing that. I already have the RC equipment as I have just bought a 3 channel 2.4G set for it (although with a 3 channel I used the 3rd channel to power a pump for a working monitor?

Would you be willing to drop a little on the price for collection?

Quite interested in this. Loks like there would be enough room to install a pump and maybe get a monitor or 2 working? I am a relative novice in regards to this time of RC boat so what rating ESC do you recommend and what battery set up. I would obviously be looking at something with a relative scale speed not like the brushless racers I am currently running.

Is this still for sale and do the monitors work?
