Attended this event at Bournville for most of the day, well planed and tables layed out to show the models. was nice to catch up with some old friends I had not see for over 15 years. Thanks for a nice day Rob. can't wait for the warship day you have in mind for next year. Chris
HI all Im on the lookout for a hull for the Graupner ELKE fishing boat to use on my next Kreigsmarine project In 1:24th scale! Dont mind a part built or scrap model to use the hull for a small conversion for the boat I have In mind to make! Chris
HI I am on the look out for a 1:24/25th scale German Shepard dog, for a ships pet dog to put on my Kreigsmarine KFK! I know Britains do dogs for the kids farm set but they are to small at 1:35th scale unless I use one as a puppy! Can any one help by nick one off the kids or grand kids! Thanks Chris
Thanks! I've heard about this before! This Is how I have done It, sprayed both side with clear varnish then undercoated with white spray and finally painted the wheelhouse roof with matt vanrish and used that as the glue! Top coat of matt varnish to seat the edges! So far so good!
Well Ive been very busy with the KFK over the holidays so here are some new and latest work done! Does anyone know how to waterproof a paper print from a PC! I want to use a print for the Swastika on the wheelhouse roof In place of painting It on! Hope you all had a good Christmas and Happy New Year to you all! Christopher
