I was at the Coast Guardsman Memorial, Cape Disappointment, Ilwaco, WA. USA this past weekend. We took down our retired 44331 MLB for the ceremony. Here is a little history of the Triumph 1. I've had the opportunity to meet the man who survived the sinking of the 52301.
