He All, this is a Fourm me and a couple of other people setup to help with Arduino for RC boats/Subs mentioned above. pulse in works ok for one or two channels but interrupts work better

Another good source of cable i use are network cables. pain to strip but each one has normally 8 cables inside.

Afternoon All,
Really please as finished off the smoker/light controller i've been working on.
it works with any smoker that has a fan.
theres three version avaible, but all versions have the same light functions,
one switch - on /off (can change to a proportional to work with a water pump)
Three position Swich, controlls two light circuts or anything.
Oil heater,
will turn the fan and heater on only when required. saves on Battery and to replicate a diessel engine.
Water vapor system,
able to turn off/on the power to the system remotely,
Diesel engine, will power the fan 100% and the start and the slow the fan down till model is just about to move off.
Steam Engine - Fan at idle is about 20% so always push the smoke up but then it will encrease with throttle input.
the best thing i think is that any thing can be changed via the arduino.
Will be make a few so if any one interest in one, please PM me.

Alvaston Pirates will be holding their 3rd annual Regatta on 12th of June 2016 at Alvaston park lake, Derby.
We would like to invite all clubs and individuals to come and have some fun.
The on site cafe will be open all day serving hot and cold food / drinks.
The event will start at 10am and will go on until 5pm with setting up from 9am.
Any one wishing to attend could you please let us know on here or by email to help us arrange the setup.
IC engines cannot be run on the lake but you can display them.
Photos and videos from last years Regatta.

With losing the Mast and other things (not sure how) I had to make a new one. hope It turned out well as only had photo on the Internet to go by.
I thought this would be better that the single spot light you normally see on the boat and using SMD Leds will make night sailing A lot better.

Hull strip finally stripped. Made the mistake of using marine varnish when I first built it, will not be making that mistake again.

I built my Robbe Dusseldorf over 18 year, but as a kid I rushed it 😟 , after the deck finally failed I decided to strip it back to begin and do it correctly.

Evening All,
I burnt out the to motor on Adolph Bermpohl on the recovery winch. but after seeing the price of a replacement Graupner T-03 not a chance 😊 £77. Does any on have any Idea for a replacement, I got a MFA 918 gearbox but sightly to big,

Cheer Dave. Yea I would agree with you with. But the remote is the old f14 on 40megs, I've also tried two different TX a d rx encase that was the fault. Ive seen people having fault on 2.4 with this esc too which would make sense.

Cheers Dave, I thought the same so I removed the mixer and wired directy into the receiver. The radio is Futaba f16 and matching receiver. I been looking at a lot of site on the net and there steels to a general fault with the esc(great more money wasted).
I try cutting the power cable down and resoldier the joints. Tonight and see if that helps

thanks for the advice, I've done would you advised but the the motor are now cutting in and out on full forward but reverse is fine. if I plug in with a y lead the same and I have to program the tx to only travel 50% of forward throttle to stop this.think I cut my loses and buy another two jr 50amp esc as I know they will work
