It's a Robbe kit from the early 1970s of a Chris Craft Cavalier ll. So no plans and yours looks like the only one known about as it is the same one I saw on Mayhem. The seller provided some history about the kit when he advertised it for sale recently.
As I said it's an unusual design for Chris Craft as they are usually more sleek with plenty of curves. ▲

funny how these thing come up so there must have been a set of plans for them its powered by a brushed geared motor with forward and reverse quite complecated under the hood so to speak

That's a coincidence. One of those turned up on one of the Facebook groups recently, may have been Mayhem?
Quite a bit of discussion as the superstructure looks like a modified Fairey Huntsman 31. The guy posting had built it himself many years ago so knew it was a ChrisCraft albeit an unusual design for them. Chris ▲
