    Thanks Dave, Shucks SOLD! Not to worry, having found the kit description, with pics of full fittings I'm surprised to see that not much is missing 😊 Some loose and some fixed in the wrong place 🤔 but mostly present. Since Krick now market this, and other Billings kits, here if I get stuck for something I can't make, which ain't much 😉 I'll ask them. Meantime on with Sea Scout Jessica. Started sanding off the dodgy bits today. Fine work starts tomorrow. Cheers Doug 😎

    I recently acquired a
    billings sea star
    kit; the box was In bits, but the hull and superstructure are Intact. I've passed It on to a neighbour whose 14-year-old son Is really keen to get Into radio control. However, he's a novice, and I know nothing about R/C. The boat Is long out of production; It appears to be a seagoing motor yacht and Is around three feet long. Can anyone advise on what what Is needed In terms of radio control and a power plant?

    I've been looking for this kit for along time, to help me in a renovation project for my Sea Star. I'd be interested in buying this off you, or purchasing a more up to date kit for your 14 year old neighbour. Look forward to hearing from you!
