    Sorry I'm wrong I haven't been near the boat for so long now. Looking at the pictures of her the head cooling comes out of one side and the exhaust box has got a second water pick up from the
    prop wash
    and straight into the exhaust box to help quieten her down. I do not find her loud myself, but the locals at Blackheath were we used to go were the ones that got together and had the council block the use of IC's. They had been used there sine well before the 1950's. I used to go there when I was 9 with an RAF Crash Tender with an ED Hunter diesel 3.46cc engine. I didn't have R?C in it we used to do either straight runs across the pond or let her go round in circles until she either worked her way across the pond or run out of fuel. The pond there now has a bird island in the middle and has so many ducks and the odd couple and swans on the pond they now put it down to both noise and pollution.
