Rogal, excellent rebuild on the Karoline. I always enjoy seeing boats brought back to life.
I have a question, since I am not familiar with the original or model. I notice that the picture on the box does not show a propeller.
Did the original builder just add those to the boat or did the original sometime in its life have an auxiliary engine? 👍

I see from your picture you are using lacquer for a finish. I used lacquer for many years building furniture as one of my hobbies.
The cloudiness you are getting is from a high humidity atmosphere. When you use a spray on type of application the expanding gas from the nozzle is quite cold. The cold spray then condenses moisture from the air and puts it on the surface you are covering.
When using a spray gun there is a product called lacquer retarder that is added to the lacquer to slow the evaporating to prevent the moisture problem.
It should never be used for any marine purpose.

There are housing projects growing around here everywhere. The growing population the world over is demanding housing.
