I had a good look, but couldnt find the full list of the diagrams anywhere. Luckily I had downloaded a few that I thought I might want - ie the kits that I have stacked up.
I ended up drawing from a couple of the wiring diagrams, because of te set up that I ended up with. These two for Rotterdam will also be useful for twin engine tug.

This one?
I have found all of these diagrams still on a page somewhere in a back room of the internet. Cant find it just now but will keep looking - they are excellent circuits.
While on the subject, does anyone know of good software for drawing custom diagrams like these.

A bit down the list now, and answered by AlessandroSPQR, but yes, if in series connect LED negative to next LED positive, all the way to the end.

Here's a good article that may help, below.
Series seems to be the answer - all LEDs get the same current then. You would need a resistor in the circuit, which will vary depending on what voltage you are supplying. There are plenty of LED calculators available to guide - and the resistor is not too critical if you are unsure of your LED specs
And because you said you cant get them to work - and without knowing your experience are you aware that LEDs have to be wired the correct way round. The LED anode (generally the longer wire) is connected to the positive, then the cathode is connected to the next anode, and so on.
Good luck!

Agreed hermank,
or you end up like Wellington NZ, with no model shops in the city. Then you have to even order over internet, with the consequent delays, one bottle of Tamiya flat white.

My silver membership went from ยฃ3 to ยฃ4.50.
I now understand why, and will probably continue, but would have been nice to have a post first, rather than just a note from paypal saying the rate has increased without any explanation.
Appreciate this is volunteer work, a great community, and good value, and maybe I missed somthing.

Love it ๐.
Here's mine for crossing the equator - as a 1yr 8 month old. Mum, Dad and two kids off for a life for their family outside of post war England. What a journey with two young kids, by ship, with stop over in Australia. Arriving in New Zealand with really no possessions, and knowing only one person in New Zealand that they had just met in England (who became our Nana and Pop)

Given the state of our roads down here, you do not last long unless you are a good driver!!! SVG is a local hero - seems to be able to turn his hand to any type of racing.
We have a few young drivers coming on - knocking on F1 doors, and of course Scott Dixon and Scott McLauchlan in Indy.
Wouldnt mind being a kiwi in Chicago tonight.

In my experience, don't sweat too much about getting the right thing - there will always be something that you need, which you havent got, and which requires another trip to the hardware store (luckily I have one about 400m from where I live).
If I need one or two of something, I try to buy a packet - after a few years I have a really good stock of hardware that I needed once!

Thanks for your relpy Dave, and pm.
The quality and tidiness of the builds here make me very nervous to post photos of where I am going! Ill tidy things up and post in due course. The plans I have show all the rigging, but when I came to actually do it, I found I was unsure how to end the lines, and where they tie off. Im curious how others do it on a these models - and strong enough to withstand the Wellington winds.
I have found this video which is a very neat example, that others may like -

I have been using the wire wrap and low temp solder technique used on the CD that Sarik provide - every one is getting better. I added a bit more of a loop from fishing knots so I felt the end result would be more secure.

Hi, Im building the Sarik model of thames sailing barge Veronica, , which is my first scratch build and really my first build of a sailing model. Chosen because my great grandfather was a TSB captain.
It has been more of a challenge than it should have been, but great fun and a good excuse to buy a few more tools!! - and learn some more sailing language.
I am finding that I am getting stuck on the rigging - where it all ties off, how best to set up for this model. Is there a dummies guide or good resource that I should be aware of? I do have the CD that comes with this model, and habe searched this site and others. There are none that I am aware of New Zealand to check out. Thanks

I must be one of those stats nerds.
Our (NZ's) position in the table might be something to do with NZ only 270,000 sq kilometres, but 15,000 km of coastline, 9th largest in the world. And current holders of the Americas Cup.๐

Thanks pressonregardless. Im in New Zealand - we tend to be used to high shipping cost down here, but I do have addresses in USA and UK that I use, and which open up purchasing from both countries.
I also have an unopened Revel Queen Mary that winks at me each time I go into my modelling shed!

I have an un started kit packed away, including the dumas motor, smoker, sound modules (whistle and calliope) with a r/c switch to control them. Im determined not to start until I finish one of my current builds! So very interested in your pics - you have inspired me to complete one that I have started.
... and I have a search on ebay for a cheap? Washington, so would love to see that build too.

Hi all - Im wondering where everyone goes for their electronics.
I have used Action Electronics gear in the past, but so much is out of stock and has been for a while.
Im in New Zealand - not too much selection here - and tend to buy reasonable amounts of gear at a time to get sent in. Have two models here now waiting to get their souls.

๐ Instructions for Lion Roar Detail Kit - Schnellboot Type S-100 LAS35013

Hi - I had time away from home, so took the detail kit with me to fill in time with the photo- etch. Unfortunately looks like I have left one of the instruction leaflets behind.
I would very much appreciate a copy if anyone is able to help please. I do have the sheet that includes instructions for the wooden decking.
The Kit is LionRoar No LAS35013 for the Italeri 1/35 scale Schnellboot S-100. I am hoping to convert to rc.
Thanks
Ian

If you mean the one that is in the picture, I have a scan that I can send you. Is about 15yrs old, I understand there may have been been some change to the kit, but should be minor.
