yes hoa's do exist, yes it seems all 😊karen's want to run them but here it texas we tell the to back off. what i do in my back yard is not your business and neither is the color of my house or when it should be painted. of course they try to get in your bussness but after a few law suits they run out of steam and change their tune quickly.

Nice! I have the hull for it, have bedn trying for 10 years to find plans. I built part of the superstructure from what plans i have found .
