Tandem is a nice system, I've semi adapted to the open TX system, not actually seen a tandem, they use a property OS ? And is supposed to be better at programming. Open TX can sometimes leave my perplexed 🤔

I've use PLA+ on a lot of suspension parts on my tracked ww2 German RSO, it's currently weighing in at 18lbs and have no issues with breakages, I'm running on PLA+ track links and sprockets with only two failed links due to a print issue I was unaware of at the time, I've used petg but have found no need on my model. I'm cautious of ABS as my work shed is small, and the fumes cause a little concern.

I think Frsky X9d can output to 16 channels or so I've been told (openTX).
I've not done it with mine as 8 is often more than enough for me, although I use a multi switch on one of my 1/6th tracked vehicles. (use 6 position rotary switch, I added plus mapped to other channels too)

I ain't complaining , I add a note as I honestly thought It was simply a fault with my PC or browser. ended up being relieved as it saves me Time on trying to find a solution to a problem with the browser 🤔🤔 (he says after several re-installations of his browser software 😔😔)

This is my scratch build German WW2 field tractor, ongoing process but does drive and currently undergoing a gearbox rebuild as the old drill motors felt the pain on tight turns.. Also has new prototype body from the Version 3 which I think only a few were ever in filed use.
Has sound and lights. A combination of 3d printed parts and aluminium, all the drives shafts are with bearings along with the road wheels.. Still a way to go, but time ain't the issue I hope. Although nothing is a given ..

Got the hull for this form a person whom had it in a junk pile, glassed inside with crap and car filler. Did my very best to rescue the hull and spent a whie pulling and rotary tool removing as much as I could, had a few ideas what to creat from it so as is a WIP.
Its beeb a while since on here but now things are beginning to find a level we'll see how I go
