They look good lewz I guess they where built for a particular use in real life strange looking boats , you say push offs is that two boats head to head to which can push the other one back sounds good fun.

Hi it's coming on looking good, I use little brass pins that I use a tool to push in but sometimes they go in to well others just right and not so well it's all about the pressure you put on the tool you can get them from hobby shops. I like the idea of the push pins you use very good ideas and I will nick that idea when I get back to boat building after all this decorating , it has been a mammoth about of work but getting to the end now😁.

Hi chrisf can you not buy pointed nut for the end the way you have nut washer nut is the way I would do it you don't need pointed nut on end aesthetics. But a more knowledgeable person may be along soon good luck mate don't forget it is a hobby don't take to seriously.

Hi solace we have all been there, there's always something you miss or there is when I do a kit you have try to think four jumps infront, just have to see how to get around it.sometimes it works for the best but not always .

Welcome to the world of model boating, best advice i can give is try to work out which size seems to fit best in each slot or hole and how many of each you need to do a certain part good luck not easy as very often there is more in the kit than is needed that's what I would do is sort it and find what seems to be spare .
