Aquired this boat some time ago I take it its some form of kit deck fitings have the look of a home made one 7.4 volt
I have since found out in the late 1950s Richmond boats made models of there actual Cabin crusiers for there customers children 24 was made in all so in every thing a bit of history boat story comes out

Mine weighs in at 6lb with out its poer battery and thats half this boats length was the battery to aid trim am I missing some thing if you take 20lb out will it not sit right in the water with such a long model

mine has a bilge pump as they do get covered in water cutting through blilge pum runs when the motor is running its amazing how much water it does take on board even with well fitting top

Following the line of ever unlucky events convinced some one has it in for me just got the hull done, stupidly left me boot open and whilst down at the local lake with another boat went back to get a woosh it had gone, rude words was said not a sole in siight luckly they didnt take my good radio perhaps this boating thing isnt me why can I not be lucky with a nice Premium bond win, hey ho Carry on I suppose one boat at a time

Apparently there has been a spate of thefts from out buildings in the west so far 15 boats have been stolen seems they are only after motor vessels best make sure your outdoor model rooms are secure, and of course well photographed for insurance

why is is it this world some things are impossible to find i need to make a 88 mm U Boat deck gun in 1/24th scale no one does such a thing i have a part built boat that i have played with got it to go up and mostly down now have in mind its gun its one of those projects that might get finnished I have 4 boats on the go but this one is being the most annoying with the lack of information on German boats in this country But with british boats you can get most of it

Sounds an odd subject but at a recent model show that I was at went up there with she who must be obeyed and lost one wife not very tolerant to boats, Then she met up with like wise suffering wives,then came back all rather tolerant of the hobby is it a omen or a fluke?
