The first time I heard the JJC Sound System in a model it left me with a lasting memory.

The bass profile (grunt) of the sound in my experience is unique to JJC.

Whilst no longer in production and with a reputation for over heating leading to reliability issues these are still sought after sounds systems

I have a few of the JJC cards in various models and some new still in their original package.

Wanting to build on this sound I decided to digitally extract the sound files from a JJC Sound System.

I have then been able to digitally remaster the sound file to clean it up and get rid of some the unwanted artifacts(clicks/pops etc) leaving me with a clean sound file.

Until now the hardware available to play this back have been relatively expensive.

It is now possible to build a proportional sound system (single engine for now) for less than ยฃ15 including an amp but excluding a speaker.

I will publish more when I have a chance to make a video.

    Regards
    Jonathan
