Bangkok River Tug

Current build is my take of a generic tug used on the Chao Phraya River in Thailand. Scratchbuilt on an ABS moulding using only photos( no drawings) . These colourful craft work in groups towing several 600 ton barges on the river.I am building a suitable lighter to compliment the tug.
Pix of final ballast test before bonding hull and superstructure and further detailing of fenders, lights etc

    Sweet👍
I love these colourful Asian boats, multi-colour like most everything in the far east.
She's gonna look 'dainty' on the water.
What 'go gizmos' are you putting inside her? Any pics?

Unfortunately the only Thai boat I had anything to do with was drab naval grey🤔
3 Lerichi class mine hunter/sweepers built by Intermarine in Sarzana, Italy in the mid 90s.
