I’ve forgotten my username or password
No problem — follow these steps to get back in:
- Open the password reset page.
- Enter your username or the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for a reset email. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder.
- Click the link in the email and create a new password.
- You’ll be logged in automatically with the new password saved.
Stop receiving emails or notifications
- If you’re not already, log in to your account.
- Open your notification settings.
- Uncheck any categories you no longer want to hear about.
- Hit Save changes — that’s it, you’re done.
Cancel my membership
To cancel a paid bronze, silver, or gold membership (monthly subscription via PayPal):
- Log in to the account that holds the membership.
- Open the membership cancellation page.
- Add a brief reason, then continue to PayPal to complete cancellation.
- After PayPal confirms, your account returns to Basic Member with adverts; you keep full access to the site.
One-off supporter payments are not subscriptions — there is nothing to cancel on PayPal for those. If you only want fewer emails, see Stop receiving emails or notifications above.
Something isn’t working or I’ve spotted a bug
Sorry to hear it! A few things to try first:
- Refresh the page or close and re-open the app.
- Try a different browser or device to see if the problem is specific to one setup.
- Make sure your browser or the app is up to date.

Report abuse or inappropriate content
We take community safety seriously. The quickest way to flag something is the small report button on the post or photo itself.
