    Andover Station Pond,
Andover RC Boat Club meets regularly at this pond. This is their Facebook "about" listing: If you are looking for a place to run your electric RC boat, sailboat, show off your newly built model, or just show up and watch on a sunny afternoon, then our home on the pond may be the place for you. We are a small but growing club, promoting RC boating, RC modeling, family fun, and friendship. Our home is the Andover Station Pond located between the Andover Target and Walgreens in Andover, MN. We have scheduled activities throughout the year including our "Light up the Pond", after dark, autumn RC regatta. Sound like a fun, lazy afternoon? Then contact us or just show up (see schedule), meet some new friends and enjoy a fun hobby with the Andover RC Boat Club. *Electric, Steam, or Wind Power Only*

Blackpool and Fylde Model Boat Club
At the Northern end of Fairhaven Lake there is a quiet corner which was originally a swimming pool and is reserved for operating mainly scale model boats. From April to October, weather permitting, you will find members enjoying sailing sessions from 18:00 until sunset, (Parking is easy in the adjacent car park and free after 18:00 or on the road). Come along and have a chat and maybe have a go yourself. Membership for 2019 remains at ยฃ10 and and includes public liability insurance.

    Bridlington model boat society
This club is one of the friendliest model boating clubs I have had the chance to be a member. It is unfortunate that my health has not been great for the last couple of years , plus that this year my beloved wife has passed on. I am hoping to get back to see all the wonderful members who became good friends. oIf you are in the vicinity especially on a weekend try to pop in I am sure you will be made welcome.๐Ÿ˜Š

CADMA. Conisbrough & District Modelling Association
CADMA was founded in 1985 by a small band of local boat modellers who met in the Conisbrough Library. The club was constituted as a general modelling club to be known as the Coinsbrough and District Modelling Association, (CADMA). The first president of the club was the late Basil Copley M.B.E. CADMA dug its own lake at the Millpiece, the site of a former water powered wood mill in the shadow of the majestic keep of Coinsbrough castle. As the club developed and numbers increased, a larger sailing site was needed. We meet every Sunday from 12.30pm at the fountain area of the main lake complex on LAKESIDE BOULEVARD. Electric and steam powered vessels are permitted but not internal combustion engines. We are licensed by the Doncaster Metropolitan Borough council to use the lake and we carry Public Liability Insurance. This is the only licensed site for the sailing of model boats in the Doncaster area.

Thankfully it was imported by the previous owner so not sure how much the duties were. Pretty expensive I should think!

    Centennial Lakes Park
Boatshed, In the interest of maintaining a good relationship with the Park Board that regulates our pond, over this winter we worked together to come up with "Pond Rules". The Park Board had sandwich boards made up with their name on the boards, which they gave us. We can put these out anytime we are using the ponds. We welcome these rules, as we don't want any more member boats damaged or worse yet for somebody to get injured by an out of control boat. Dave B

aerial view of our site. our "sailing area" includes the foreshore across the front of the sailing club.....as well as the creek area immediately on the left. thats quite a decent stretch of water, and can handle deep keel yachts as well as larger fast electrics. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Thank you again GBR716. This will save me trying to get the required font and size (the easy bit) matched-up with a printer/vinyl cutter who may not already know what is required. As soon as my registration number comes through I will order the numbers and GBR sail letters . Stay safe, Bob.
