Yes, I know what you mean by that. I thought of that too! It is clear that with such a "flat" hull, the cross wind can overturn the punt. 48 inches long! Looks good. There are a number of web sites out there where you should be able to find a good drive.
As much as I like looking at river boats like this I have seen how much the wind causes havoc with them. Good luck and I look forward to seeing what drive you pick. Lew ▲

At the moment I am also restoring a stern wheel steamer wreck. First I really wanted to throw everything down and destroy it, but my pride doesn't allow it. Let's see what's happening with you. .
