    I am pretty sure that Free Plans and a full write-up for the Cigarette fast electric model were included in a Model Boats magazine of a couple of years back.

    The magazine's excellent website should allow you to ascertain the edition concerned and possibly buy a copy.

    Failing that, I understand that Sarik Hobbies offer copies of most Model Boats Magazine plans.
