WWII Assurance Class Rescue Tug

I have just started to build this wwII Assurance Class Rescue tug. This is my third build and so far have attached the rudder assembly, decking supports, as well as cutting out the drain holes on the rear deck area

    HI Alan 😁 yes it is a kit with lots of bits lol

    the rudder is plasticard with white metel kits holding it in place, had a heck of a time getting it into the right position

Assurance Class Tug

Rear Deck of the Assurance Class Tug now ready to be put into the hull, the towing hook box area has been made stronger to insure that it can pull without breaking.
Now to get it ready for it undercoat of paint.

WWII Assurance Class Rescue Tug

I have now built the funnel which took a few days to get right, both top and bottom White metel sections glued Into position.
Then getting the pipework done and put Into place seemed to take forever but got their In the end, now only have to spray It and do the fine detailing and that will be another section done
