A Trinity Hacker 1/18 scale 700 mm long, did away with supplied speed 600 motor, fitted a small brushless one, a surpass c2216 800kv motor. Try 7.4v first if she needs more 11.1v should make her fly.
much lighter reduced weight from 1200g to 1000g should help performance.

I have a 650mm deep vee with an outboard motor setup, the standard brushless motor is a 28mm 3000kv on 2s 2650mah lipo.
On full throttle it sits up on the prop with no hull on the water.
Increase the battery size for a long run as you have decrease your weight and have 200grams to play with !!!
