I converted a take apart fishing trolley,it is totally adjustable for width and length.with my apache powerboat being 50 inches long I needed a very stable and strong frame with pump-up tyres instead of solid ones to make transporting my boat as smooth as possible.

the stern support was made with 2 octoplus fishing brackets bolted together so they formed a shallow v then the trolley legs are fed into the ends to make the uprights.the bow support was made with a octoplus brolly bracket with a large cut down aluminium bankstick fed through and covered with pipe lagging,this bracket is square profile and fits along the frame perfectly,this also is adjustable along the frame for different lengths of boat.

the whole thing takes only five minutes to put together and packs away into a bag,I have walked some distance with this trailer and found it so smooth and easy to pull I forgot I was pulling it !!!!(old age).

here are the parts of the 'trailer', all parts are secured by large bolts that can be undone without tools and you can still convert it back into o fishing trolley if needed.

the wheels are also removeable and ballraced and held on by large split pins,if anyone is interested in making this trailer I can give you all the info needed to buy and build, it packs away into a bag so its out of the other halfs way.the front leg of the trailer is yet another octoplus bracket with the bottom part of an old walking stick with rubber end on, which is also adjustable for height.

when you have put many hours of work and lots of money Into building your boat the last thing you want Is to drop It or damage It In any way getting to your chosen water.this 'trailer' Is capable of carrying 10 times the weight of my boat so I have no worries putting my apache on It.
