So after a few days hard graft and a bit of advice off ChrisF think I’m finally near to mahogany staining after cutting 20 heads off m3 bolts and dremmel holes for sinking the bolts think this was the better option than gluing in place just to try and take off for the paint re spray next year ,gorilla glue doing it’s job I hope
