Liquid gravity

Good evening everyone.

I agree with the considerations based on logic and experience of ColinH and Len1, both of whom I thank.

But I also thank Luckyduck who introduced me to a product that was unknown to me.

This material sounds very expensive. Why not use lead shot that are used to make shot gun shells that come in different gauges or even BB's and glue them in place with CA, epoxy, aliphatic resin, whatever. Just a thought.

Liquid gravity

Hi luckyduck, great stuff, I use for model railway rolling stock.
But find very expensive to use in my boats.
Cheers Colin

Not sure if this has been suggested before - but might be easier for some of the tighter places where we need a bit of extra ballast - as the blurb says "A brand new non-toxic, easy flowing, weighting system for scale military models, railway rolling stock, model planes, boats and cars. Specially designed to pour into small cavities and set in place with your favourite Roket cyano (AD43-46), or Speed Epoxy". - https://deluxematerials.co.uk/products/liquid-gravity
