These two sailboats were especially designed for shallow water sailing in our cityโ€™s reflection ponds where the water depth varies from 5โ€-6โ€. The Pink and White model is Emily patterned after her bug sister Emma, design by Gary Webb of bearodpaceindustries.

The skiff has a hinged center-board and is entirely open to the elements. It has extended bulwarks above the original design and heightened transom too.

The videos do not give a clear indication of the skiffโ€™s stability. I am looking forward to seeing it in more open water.

Took the two sailboats to a friendโ€™s pool though the breezes were off and on, but I was able to see how well they responded in a slight breeze.
