I took several walks along the Caledonia Canal past the famous Neptune Staircase as it flows toward Loch Oich. It is not a fast current and would be a nice portion to see some model boats.
Met a high school student who lives in the village of Caol and shows an interest in the hobby. The canal runs right beside the village. It would be grand to connect the young person with a model builder in that area.
