HI can any body please help me I found a picture of a frigate F123 taken about 1964 and would like some info on her if ican think she was based at HMS TERROR in middle east or around that way thanks in advance 😑

Hello, closest I could find to that pennant no is the old type 81 frigates range, can you share the picture? Might be able to help more.
