DISMANTLE DARAGONFLITE 95

It definitely takes only a few minutes to de-rig both the Dragonflite and Dragonforce to make them easily transportable. We race them in our club, Eastbourne and District Model Yacht Club. (https://edmyc.org.uk/)
You just unclip the main and jib sheets, then unhook fore and backstays and the whole rigging just lifts off.
There are several rig bags available for storage or it is easy to make your own.
There are four different rig sizes available to suit different conditions and in changeable conditions it is possible to change rigs between races.

Hi Les
The kit instruction possibly show the rigging tied to the deck mounts. if you wish to remove you will need to use a clip on type fixing with adjustable bowsies to tension.
If you have managed to make contact with a local club I suggest you enlist their help to save time.

DISMANTLE DRAGONFLITE 95:
I've read in some forums to de-rig or take off the sails on a Dragonflite 95, can take either a few minutes or nearly an hour. Anyone know which one is correct. I want to do this to transport the yacht in a small car. I assume that would be easier then taking off the keel.
